One of the keys to successful selling is the education of what your product does and how the workflow looks in a typical installation. Customers want to know the key benefits – will it work in their environment? Is it expandable to work with other solutions that they currently have in place?

Some of these questions are common to every product, and some are more specialized to a specific product or need. For most products there is standard "overview information" that all customers want to know before they look at or purchase your product.

This discovery step is called Pre-sales Education, and it can take time to answer these types of questions. At Presentek, we have spent the last 20+ years working with companies to help define their message. We look through existing presentations, brochures, web sites, meet with project managers and collect and review all the information that is available. After an initial process of educating ourselves about the product, we work on simplifying the product's core message, and how to visually describe its key benefits. Afterwards, we can communicate that message in many different forms: Product Quicktours, presentations, interactive workflow diagrams and key visual graphics.
